The first-ever WSOPC Super Circuit series in Canada fires at Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake, Quebec, running August 26 through September 12, 2026.
Eighteen gold ring events. A total of over CA$14,000,000 in guaranteed prizes. And a CA$5,000 Main Event backed by a CA$10,000,000 guarantee that is the largest ever put behind a live poker tournament in Canadian history.
That last number deserves a second read. The previous record for the biggest prize pool in WSOP Circuit history was set at this exact venue.

Getting There Through GGPoker
The only online qualification route into the WSOPC Super Circuit Canada 2026 runs through GGPoker. No other platform has a satellite path. The structure is built as a three-step ladder starting at CA$5, which means you do not need a serious bankroll to take a shot at a CA$5,000 Main Event seat.
- Stage 1: CA$5 entry, win a Stage 2 ticket
- Stage 2: CA$50 entry, win a Final Stage ticket
- Final Stage: CA$500 entry, runs every Sunday, awards CA$5,000 Main Event seats
The Sunday Final Stage is putting out at least 30 Main Event seats per week. That is a significant volume of live seats being distributed online between now and August. Ontario-based players have a separate dedicated direct satellite path running alongside the step system on GGPoker Ontario.
To put the opportunity in context: last year's WSOPC Montreal Main Event was won for CA$620,000 by a player who started their qualification journey in a CA$75 GGPoker satellite. The step ladder here starts at CA$5.
The Meet-Up Game Nobody Wants to Miss
On September 2, the day before Main Event flights begin, GGPoker runs an exclusive Meet-Up Game for online qualifiers only. Closed to the general public. Not available to walk-ins.
The confirmed names at the table are Daniel Negreanu and Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi. Worth noting that Mizrachi, as of last week, just picked up his ninth WSOP bracelet in Las Vegas. Additional special guests are expected.
The only way into this game is qualifying through GGPoker. That alone makes the satellite route worth pursuing even if the Main Event was not attached to it.
Playground Is Breaking Records Again
Playground Poker Club is not a generic festival venue. It sits across the Mercier Bridge from Montreal in Kahnawake, Quebec, and holds the record for the largest prize pool in WSOP Circuit history up to this point. This series is going to reset that record before the first ring event even reaches a final table.
For international players making the trip, Montreal in late August is a good city to be in. The poker is serious. The venue is well-run. And a CA$10,000,000 guaranteed Main Event with an online qualifier route starting at CA$5 does not come around every year.
