How to Qualify for the Pure Poker Tour

Players can enter eligible tournaments by registering directly and paying the listed buy-in and registration charges. The Main Event has two scheduled Day 1 flights, giving players a choice of November 27 or November 28.

The schedule also includes satellite tournaments, but players should check the target tournament before entering. The currently listed satellites include:
  • C$260 Landmark satellites awarding T$2,000 in tournament credit.
  • C$170 non-Landmark satellites awarding T$1,100 in tournament credit.
  • Additional satellites connected to Landmark events and the WSOP Circuit at Deerfoot Inn & Casino.
These listings do not establish that every satellite qualifies a player for the Pure Poker Tour Main Event. Players should confirm the exact event or package attached to each satellite with the organiser before registering.

Pure Poker Tour Player of the Year

Pure Casino Yellowhead also publishes criteria for its 2026 Pure Poker Tour Player of the Year competition. Qualifying events must have a buy-in of at least C$300, including the entry fee, and must meet the stated field-size or prize-pool requirements.

Events must be open to the public, while certain specialty events, including seniors’, ladies’ and team tournaments, are excluded. Players who finish in the money in qualifying events earn points.

The Player of the Year criteria provide an additional reason for regular circuit participants to track their tournament results, although not every event on the schedule is eligible.
