Phenom Poker Expands to 70 Daily Tournaments With Major Mixed-Game Focus
- Phenom Poker now runs 70 daily tournaments, up from 50.
- 49 of these feature non-Hold'em games, including mixed games, Omaha, and others.

Phenom Poker has significantly expanded its online tournament schedule, increasing its daily offering from 50 to 70 tournaments per day and putting mixed games, Omaha and progressive knockouts at the centre of the new lineup.
The revamped schedule features more than 15,000 CHIP in guaranteed prize pools every day, with daily buy-ins ranging from just 1 CHIP to 100 CHIP.
For Canadian players looking beyond the usual No-Limit Hold'em tournament grind, the biggest story is the variety. Of Phenom's 70 daily tournaments, 49 feature games other than Hold'em.
That includes 22 mixed-game tournaments, 15 Omaha events and 12 draw or stud tournaments. Hold'em remains part of the schedule, but Phenom is increasingly positioning itself as an alternative for players who want access to less commonly spread poker variants.
49 of 70 Daily Tournaments Are Not Hold'em
The new schedule is unusually diverse by online poker standards.
Mixed-game rotations account for 22 tournaments each day, while the Omaha family contributes another 15. Twelve daily tournaments are dedicated to draw and stud formats.
Phenom has also introduced eight formats as permanent daily tournaments for the first time:
- H.E.R.O.S.
- Stud 8 or Better
- PLO 8 or Better
- A-5 Triple Draw
- Badacey
- 10-Game Mix
- 9-Game Mix
- NLH Hyper Turbo
That gives players regular access to games that can otherwise be difficult to find outside major online tournament series.

Phenom Poker Expands to 26 Daily PKOs
Progressive knockout tournaments are another major part of the expansion.
Phenom now schedules 26 PKOs every day, covering Hold'em, PLO, PLO5, PLO6, Big O, Fun Mix and 2-7 Single Draw.
Ten of those PKOs have a buy-in of only 1 CHIP, giving lower-stakes players an inexpensive entry point. The schedule then moves through 5, 10 and 25 CHIP tournaments before reaching higher-priced daily events.
Phenom says tournament starts are generally around 20 minutes apart and never more than 30 minutes apart. Each tournament is also scheduled for the same time every day.

Sundays Bring Bigger Guarantees
The 70-event daily schedule runs alongside Phenom's weekly tournament offering, where larger guarantees become available.
Sunday remains particularly important for tournament players.
A 250 buy-in No-Limit Hold'em event headlines the weekly schedule with 7,500 guaranteed, while mixed-game players can choose between several substantial alternatives.
The 222 buy-in 2-7 Triple Draw carries a 4,000 guarantee, while The Sunday Mixer features a nine-game rotation with a 200 buy-in and another 4,000 guaranteed.

Mixed Games Run Throughout the Week
The specialist offering is not limited to Sundays.
Monday includes an 8-Game Mix alongside NLH and PLO Six-Max tournaments. Tuesday and Thursday feature a 10-Game Mix, PLO5 Turbo PKO and 8-Game Mix.
Wednesday adds Triple PLO and T.O.R.S.E., while Friday and Saturday include 10-Game Mix, Big O and PLO Double Board Bomb Pot tournaments.
Phenomenal Friday provides a lower-cost option with a 10 buy-in and 1,000 guarantee.
The result is a schedule where mixed games are part of the regular tournament ecosystem rather than occasional special events.
What the Expansion Means for Canadian Players
Phenom Poker remains a relatively young operator compared with the largest established online poker networks, so Canadian players should not assume that every tournament will have the same field sizes or liquidity found on bigger sites.
But its strategy is becoming increasingly clear.
Instead of competing almost entirely on conventional Hold'em tournaments, Phenom is trying to build a niche around mixed games and Omaha, alongside PKOs and an expanding weekly schedule.
