Stake Poker has announced a $200,000 guaranteed Stake Showdown tournament for October 25, 2026, featuring a $1,000 buy-in. Players can register directly or qualify through three satellite stages starting at $0.50, with entry available at any qualifying stage beforehand.

Stake Poker has announced the next edition of its flagship online poker tournament, Stake Showdown, featuring a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool and a $1,000 direct buy-in. The tournament is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 17:00 UTC.

The upcoming edition increases the guaranteed prize pool to $200,000, compared to the $125,000 offered in the previous Stake Showdown. Players can enter the Main Event directly or qualify through a three-step satellite system, with the lowest entry point starting at $0.50.

The October edition of Stake Showdown will feature a $1,000 buy-in, with participants competing for a share of the $200,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Alongside direct registration, Stake Poker is offering satellite qualifiers that provide an alternative route into the tournament. The qualification structure consists of three steps, with each successful qualification awarding entry to the following stage.

The satellite system allows participants to begin at different price points, depending on their preferred entry level.

How to Qualify for the $200,000 Stake Showdown

Players can access the Stake Showdown Main Event through a three-step satellite ladder, beginning with a $0.50 qualifier and progressing toward a $1,000 tournament seat.

The qualifying steps are already running ahead of the October 25 Main Event. Importantly, players are not required to begin at Step 1. They can enter the qualification ladder at any stage, including the $10 and $100 satellites.

A player entering the $0.50 qualifier could potentially progress through all three stages and secure a $1,000 Main Event seat. However, qualification at each stage is required to advance to the next. Those who prefer to bypass the satellite structure can register directly for $1,000.
The next edition of Stake Showdown is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, with the following confirmed details:
