Stake Showdown 2026 takes place September 27 with a $125,000 guarantee. Qualification began September 1 through three phases costing $0.50, $10 and $100.
Stake Showdown 2026 will take place on September 27, 2026, at 17:00 UTC, featuring a $125,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Qualification through Stake Poker opened on September 1, 2026, with players able to choose from several entry routes.
The Stake Showdown qualification system consists of three progressive phases. Phase 1 costs $0.50 and gives players access to Phase 2. The second stage has a $10 entry cost and advances players to Phase 3.
Phase 3 costs $100 and provides entry to the Stake Showdown. The resulting tournament seat is valued at $1,000.
Players are not required to begin with Phase 1. All three phases can be entered directly, giving participants the option to select the qualification stage they want to enter.
Players who do not want to use the qualifying system can instead purchase a direct $1,000 entry to the Stake Showdown.
This provides another route to the tournament without progressing through the three qualification phases. Phases 1, 2 and 3 all became available through the Stake Poker lobby on September 1, 2026.
The main tournament is scheduled for September 27, 2026, when qualifying players will compete for a share of the $125,000+ prize pool.

The qualification structure therefore includes entry points beginning at $0.50, progression through the three phases at $10 and $100, and a $1,000 direct entry option. This Stake Poker tournament seat awarded through Phase 3 is also valued at $1,000.
With qualification already available from September 1, the various routes give players different ways to reach the September 27 Stake Showdown.
