GTO Wizard has officially launched a standalone Pot Limit Omaha solver featuring free, premium, and elite subscription tiers. The tool provides decision trees, solved libraries, and a trainer to help cash game grinders, tournament players, and coaches study the game.

Five years after the debut of its initial Texas hold'em product, GTO Wizard has officially launched a standalone Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) solver this week.

The release follows a teaser distributed last month regarding an imminent PLO product, prompting widespread interest across the poker community as players get their first look at the capabilities and structure of the new tool.

Studying Pot Limit Omaha has historically presented unique technical hurdles for poker training platforms. While Texas hold'em features 1,326 starting hand combinations, the four hole cards dealt in PLO create approximately 270,000 possible starting hand combinations.

Because of this massive volume, previous study resources have relied on distinct structural compromises.

Local solvers provide deep analysis but operate slowly and remain difficult to utilize at scale. Conversely, static libraries offer faster access but come with fixed structures and limited postflop coverage. This has traditionally left a prominent gap between theoretical accuracy and accessible, user-friendly study tools.

The new PLO offering from GTO Wizard aims to bridge this historical gap through an integrated ecosystem. Daily testing highlights several functional elements designed for friction-free study:
  • Targeted Study: Hand analysis can be converted quickly into focused study sessions.
  • Frictionless Filtering: Specific poker spots can be broken down and filtered with minimal effort.
  • Instant Trainer Access: Players can drill hands directly within the trainer without the need to switch tools.
  • Clear Visual Layouts: The platform provides accessible decision trees that users can trace from preflop choices all the way through to the river.

Target Audience for the PLO Solver

The platform is structured for any player committed to improving their four-card poker game. The resources cater to cash game grinders, tournament regulars, and hold'em players attempting to transition into PLO.

Beyond individual players, the tool is designed to support coaches, staking groups, and poker study communities looking to establish structured hand reviews and uniform training routines.

The depth of the available resources ensures that users who dedicate time to study will have continuous access to educational material.

Subscription Tiers

GTO Wizard has structured the PLO solver as a standalone subscription, which is separate from its existing hold'em product. This setup allows players to subscribe to either tool individually or utilize both options depending on their specific requirements.
The platform offers three distinct tiers of access:
  • Free Tier: Requires no credit card and features no expiration date. It provides users with one postflop spot per day, five trainer hands per day, and access to a single preflop stack depth.
  • Premium Tier: Unlocks the complete pre-solved library, provides access to all preflop stack depths, and allows unlimited use of the trainer.
  • Elite Tier: Includes all premium features and adds custom solving capabilities. Elite users can input their own customized bet sizings and ranges to generate unique solutions for any postflop spot from scratch.
