The World Series of Poker Circuit Montreal stop at Playground has crowned several champions across its early events. With thousands of entries and substantial prize pools, the festival has already delivered memorable victories and championship rings.

Event #1: $1,000 Mini Main Event

Yves Perras captured the first WSOP-C ring of the Montreal series in the $1,000 Mini Main Event.
Outlasting a massive field of 2,289 entries, Perras secured the title along with a share of the $755,370 prize pool.

This victory marked a significant moment for Perras, who showcased resilience throughout the tournament.

Event #2: $400 6-Max

The six-handed format drew 164 participants, generating a prize pool of $52,480. After a lengthy battle on the felt, Kevin Javier emerged as champion, winning his first WSOP Circuit ring and establishing himself among the festival’s early standouts.

Event #3: $400 Progressive Bounty

Daniel Evan Notice triumphed in the $400 Progressive Bounty event, rising above a field of 235 entries. With $54,050 in the prize pool and an additional $23,500 in bounties, Notice demonstrated consistency in both survival and bounty accumulation to secure the ring.

Event #4: $400 Mega Stack

The $400 Mega Stack saw 298 competitors take their shot at WSOP-C glory, contributing to a prize pool of $98,340. Dhiraj Sharma dominated the event, leveraging his stack effectively in the later stages to claim the championship ring.
