The World Series of Poker unveiled No Limit, a new YouTube docuseries following Daniel Negreanu, Kristen Foxen, Faraz Jaka, and Scott Seiver through the 2024 WSOP season and WSOP Paradise, blending raw emotion, rivalry, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
The World Series of Poker has officially launched a captivating new YouTube docuseries called No Limit, turning the spotlight on four of the game’s most compelling figures—Daniel Negreanu, Kristen Foxen, Faraz Jaka, and Scott Seiver.
The project explores the human side of poker’s elite, taking fans from the iconic summer events in Las Vegas to the tropical backdrop of WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas.
Behind the Scenes
A full production team trailed the featured players during and after the 2024 World Series of Poker. Cameras continued rolling as they prepared for WSOP Paradise, creating an intimate bridge between the two major poker destinations.
The first episode begins with Negreanu revisiting his milestone victory in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship—a triumph that earned him his seventh career bracelet and a $1.2 million payday.
The timing is significant, as Negreanu’s win coincided with a transformative year for the brand. GGPoker’s parent company completed a landmark $500 million acquisition of the WSOP brand in 2024, solidifying its position as the global powerhouse of online and live poker.
Stars of the Series: Achievements and Stories
The episode dives into the personal and professional journeys of four players whose résumés define modern poker.
- Daniel Negreanu: Known worldwide as an ambassador for the game, he brings veteran charisma and a renewed competitive fire after reclaiming major victory in 2024.
- Scott Seiver: The 2024 WSOP Player of the Year, who claimed three bracelets during the summer, represents consistency and dominance at the highest level.
- Kristen Foxen: Riding high after her remarkable 13th-place finish in the 2024 Main Event—one of the most-watched runs in recent WSOP history—she offers viewers a glimpse into the discipline and drive required to compete at that level.
- Faraz Jaka: With live tournament earnings of $8.9 million since 2007 and his first bracelet secured in 2023, Jaka’s appearance adds depth, balancing raw ambition with years of experience.
The narrative culminates as all four prepare for the $25,000 Super Main Event in the Bahamas, boasting a staggering $50 million guaranteed prize pool.
Cameos from poker icons such as Phil Hellmuth and Maria Ho enrich the storytelling, linking multiple generations of the game.
Crafting Emotion
Produced by Las Vegas–based creative studio Artisans on Fire, the project takes an unconventional route for poker media. CEO Dustin Ianotti revealed on social media that the filming spanned more than 700 hours, with the crew working up to 16 hours per day across 20 consecutive days.
Unlike traditional poker coverage, No Limit shifts the lens from cards and chips to the personalities themselves—examining their motivations, insecurities, and off-table lives. Ianotti added, “We believed poker deserves what Formula 1 has. What golf has. Make people care about humans first. The game second.”
The creative team aimed to deliver a series that even non-poker viewers could connect with emotionally. Ianotti added that success would mean hearing a viewer say, “I finally get why you love this game.”

A New Era for Poker Storytelling
No Limit marks a shift in how poker content is presented to global audiences. The World Series of Poker’s new owners appear intent on blending storytelling with sport, humanizing the strategic brilliance and volatility that define high-stakes poker.
As the first episode unfolds, it becomes clear this isn’t merely a documentary—it’s a portrait of passion, rivalry, and resilience in one of the most mentally demanding arenas in the world.
