WSOP-C Returns to Playground in 2026

It’s no surprise to see Playground back on the WSOP Circuit roster. In fact, 2025 featured not one, but three separate WSOP-C stops at the Kahnawake poker venue in March, August, and November. 

The most recent of those ran from November 3 to 18 and included 18 official ring events, drawing strong turnouts across the board. Earlier in the year, the spring stop mirrored the dates now announced for 2026, and the summer event marked the return of WSOP-C Montreal.

Across all three 2025 festivals, Playground proved once again that it could handle large-scale poker events with ease. Fields were deep, structures were player-friendly, and the operation ran smoothly.

So far, only two things are official: the dates (March 23 to April 7) and the buy-in for the Main Event ($2,500). 

That hasn’t stopped interest from building early, particularly among players who followed the 2025 series. Based on previous editions, we can expect a full ring-event lineup, a handful of side tournaments, and possibly even satellite paths through online partners.

What’s still missing is the full event schedule. Details about guarantees, satellite qualifiers, formats (bounty, turbo, deepstack), and any high roller options are still under wraps. If 2025 is any indicator, it’s likely we’ll see another 15 to 18 ring events, and prize pools that could top the $5M CAD mark across the series. But until those specifics are released, all eyes will remain on Playground’s next update.
