Here’s how poker players across Canada (excluding Ontario) can qualify for WSOP 2025 using GGPoker’s satellites.

Canadian poker players outside Ontario can qualify for the 2025 WSOP through GGPoker.com’s international platform. This guide tells you how to qualify for WSOP 2025 from Canada (outside Ontario).

With the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) fast approaching, Canadian poker players (outside Ontario) are searching for ways to book their seat in Las Vegas.

While Ontario residents have access to regulated WSOP online satellites via GGPoker.ca, players in provinces such as British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, and Saskatchewan face a different landscape. Here’s how Canadian players outside of Ontario can still qualify for WSOP 2025.

GGPoker Access for Non-Ontario Players

Canadian players outside Ontario can use the global GGPoker.com platform, which remains legally accessible across most provinces.

On GGPoker.com, Canadian players can access the official Road to WSOP 2025 satellite events, which include:
  • Step Satellites (starting at $1 or $5)
  • Direct Qualifiers ($100+ buy-ins)
  • WSOP Main Event Package Tournaments ($150–$1,200)

Players must verify age and identity, and may be required to complete geolocation checks to comply with GGPoker policies. Canadian players outside Ontario can register and play satellites on GGPoker.com without any restriction.
