WPT Global Rolls Out Thanksgiving Rewards and $5K Freeroll for Canadian Players

This year, Thanksgiving comes with more than a just long weekend to WPT Global, at least in Canada.

Over the weekend, the poker room officially set its October campaign in motion, worth up to $250 in rewards. Alongside it comes a $5,000 Thanksgiving Freeroll, while the wider poker lobby also made room for a new nightly 2-For-1 tournament.

Thanksgiving Rewards Unlock Up to $250

Thanksgiving Rewards is a Canada-only promotion, split into two stages.

Players make one qualifying deposit between October 6-16 EST, then redeem their rewards from October 17-27 EST.

$5K Thanksgiving Freeroll Runs October 18

The poker-specific part of the Thanskgiving campaign comes next Sunday, October 18 at 4 PM (EST).

During that weekend, WPT Global is putting $5,000 in promotional rewards into a Thanksgiving Freeroll, with tickets awarded according to the highest qualifying deposit a player makes during the campaign.
