A PokerStars live stream turned viral after ambassador Sebastian Huber folded a straight flush by mistake.
Online poker demands fast decisions, but a single error can undo hours of solid play. That reality played out live when PokerStars ambassador Sebastian Huber folded a straight flush during a streamed tournament, ending a promising run in seconds.
Huber gained recognition after winning the Dare2Stream competition, which secured him an ambassador role on PokerStars.
His rise continued through consistent results in major online series. One of his most noted performances turned a $55 satellite buy in into a $76,000 finish during the Spring Championship of Online Poker.
Beyond individual scores, Huber also led Team peace&loove to titles in both the WCOOP League and the 2025 SCOOP League. These results positioned him as one of the platform’s most followed streamers.
The Hand That Shocked Viewers
The misclick occurred in an $11 Daily Cooldown Mystery Bounty tournament. With 154 players remaining and the payout phase reached, Huber sat 31st in chips with an above average stack.
Holding 10♠9♠, the board ran out J♣ J♠ 7♠ 8♠. This completed a straight flush, the strongest hand possible. The small blind bet, Huber called, and the button raised. The small blind followed, building a sizable pot.
While speaking to viewers, Huber misclicked and folded his hand. Moments later, he realized the mistake live on stream. The remaining players moved all in holding a straight and a flush.
If Huber had stayed in the pot, he would have won the hand, secured a bounty, and climbed near the top of the chip counts. Instead, the chips went elsewhere, ending his momentum.
Why the Clip Spread So Fast
The moment resonated across the poker community because it highlighted a common online risk. Even experienced players can make costly errors under time pressure. Streaming adds another challenge, where interaction and commentary divide attention.
Sebastian Huber’s misclick became one of the most discussed PokerStars stream moments. It reinforced how execution matters as much as strategy in online tournaments, where a single click can change the outcome entirely.
