Kristen Foxen made history at the Triton Super High Roller Series in Jeju with a $1,104,000 third-place finish in the $125K NLH event. The career-best result lifted her total earnings to $12,183,462, surpassing Vanessa Selbst on the all-time women’s list.

The Triton Super High Roller Series in Jeju, South Korea, delivered a defining moment for women in professional poker.

Canadian poker pro Kristen Foxen achieved the largest cash of her career with a third-place finish in Event #10: $125,000 NLH 7-Handed, securing $1,104,000.

This result not only marked Foxen’s first-ever seven-figure payout but also propelled her to the top of the women’s all-time tournament earnings list. Her lifetime total now stands at $12,183,462, narrowly surpassing Vanessa Selbst’s long-held record.

Career Milestone for Foxen

Foxen’s landmark achievement nearly doubled her previous career-best of $600,000, earned from a 13th-place finish in the 2024 WSOP Main Event

Battling Through the Final Table

Three-handed play featured Foxen alongside Stephen Chidwick, a three-time Triton champion, and Mike Watson, a four-time Triton title holder. Entering this stage as the short stack, Foxen secured an early double-up to gain momentum. However, her run concluded in a pivotal blind-versus-blind confrontation.

Chidwick moved all-in from the small blind, and Foxen called from the big blind holding a superior hand. Despite being ahead initially, the board ran against her, and the decisive river card ended her tournament journey.

A Record-Setting Departure

Foxen’s departure marked more than just the end of a tournament—it signaled a shift in the history of women’s poker, as she assumed the top spot in career live earnings.
