Gods of Poker Announced with KRW 2 Billion in Guarantee

The Gods of Poker debuts with Eden Awakens at Jeju Shinhwa World, South Korea, from December 5–14, 2025. With 78 events, mythology-themed trophies, and a KRW 1 billion guaranteed Main Event, the festival sets a new standard for live poker competition.
From December 5–14, 2025, the newly launched Gods of Poker (GOP) series will make its official debut with Eden Awakens at Landing Casino, located inside Jeju Shinhwa World, South Korea.
Sponsored by iPoker and organised in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea, the festival will feature 78 tournaments and a combined KRW 2 billion (~USD 1.5 million) in guarantees.
In addition to cash prizes, winners will receive mythology-inspired trophies, aligning with the festival’s identity and bringing a thematic element to each event.
GOP Main Event – KRW 1 Billion Guarantee
At the heart of Eden Awakens is the KRW 1 billion (~USD 725,000) guaranteed Main Event, which represents half of the overall prize pool. The tournament reflects GOP’s player-first philosophy, designed with fairness and balance in mind.
Central to this structure is GOP’s exclusive Cronus Structure, developed to ensure equity, pace, and deep play from the opening deal. Players begin with a 120 big blind starting stack, providing ample room for strategy.
Late registration closes after just two levels, ensuring that no one enters with fewer than 30 big blinds. This prevents last-minute short-stack entries and guarantees a competitive field.
Extended early levels encourage thoughtful decision-making, while the range of flights offers flexibility between quick-entry formats and long, endurance-based sessions.

Minutes per level: Flights A–C indicate Level 1 and Level 2 durations before registration closes. Flight D Day 1 includes two levels of 240 minutes each.
By removing filler levels and late registration short stacks, the GOP Main Event promises a contest defined by skill and consistency.
