GGPoker will host qualifiers starting August 10 for WSOP Circuit Malta at Casino Malta. The September 25 to October 5 festival features 12 ring events, with champions receiving a $5,000 WSOP Paradise 2026 package covering buy-in costs and hotel accommodations.

GGPoker has announced exclusive online satellite tournaments for the inaugural World Series of Poker Circuit Malta, with qualifiers beginning August 10, 2026. 

The festival will take place at Casino Malta in St. Julian's from September 25 through October 5, marking the first time the WSOP Circuit has been held on the Mediterranean island.

The 11-day festival will feature 12 official World Series of Poker gold ring events, alongside a range of side events and round-the-clock cash games. The flagship €1,500 WSOP Circuit Malta Main Event is scheduled to run from September 30 through October 4.

GGPoker's online qualifier structure will provide multiple routes into the WSOP Circuit Malta Main Event. Players can access free freeroll qualifiers or participate in real-money step satellites starting at €5.

The step satellite tournaments lead into weekly €150 WSOP Malta Super Satellites. Winners of each Super Satellite will receive direct entry into the €1,500 WSOP Circuit Malta Main Event.

The online satellites will run exclusively on GGPoker starting August 10, offering players across different bankroll levels a pathway toward the Malta festival.

Casino Malta will host 12 official WSOP Circuit gold ring events during the festival. The Main Event will take place from September 30 through October 4, while the broader 11-day schedule will also include side events and round-the-clock cash games.

The inaugural Malta stop brings the WSOP Circuit to the Mediterranean island for the first time. Casino Malta is situated along the Mediterranean coastline and is known for hosting large-scale continental poker tournaments.

The festival is set to attract competitors from across Europe, with the event taking place alongside Malta's cultural attractions, coastal scenery and nightlife.

$5,000 WSOP Paradise Package for Every Ring Winner

Each of the 12 official ring event champions will receive more than the official WSOP Circuit gold ring and their share of the tournament prize pool.

Every ring event winner in Malta will also receive a $5,000 WSOP Paradise 2026 package. The package covers tournament buy-in costs and hotel accommodations, giving each champion a direct path to compete at WSOP Paradise later in the year.

With 12 ring events on the schedule, the additional package will be awarded to the winner of every official ring tournament at the inaugural WSOP Circuit Malta.

WSOP Circuit Malta Schedule and Qualification Path

The festival runs from September 25 to October 5 at Casino Malta in St. Julian's, while GGPoker's online qualification campaign begins on August 10.

Players can start with free freeroll qualifiers or enter €5 step satellites, with those tournaments feeding into weekly €150 WSOP Malta Super Satellites. Super Satellite winners then receive direct entry to the €1,500 Main Event.

The combination of online qualification tournaments and the live festival will lead into 12 official gold ring events, with every ring event champion also earning a $5,000 WSOP Paradise 2026 package.

The inaugural WSOP Circuit Malta will therefore combine the 12-event ring schedule with side events, cash games and multiple online routes to the €1,500 Main Event.
