Kristen and Alex Foxen won the 2026 ODB $500 Fantasy Poker League title and $100,000, topping 1,199 teams. Alex Foxen, Calvin Anderson, Martin Zamani, and bonus player Nick Palma secured vital points to seal the comfortable 39-point victory.

The 2026 World Series of Poker action is winding down as the industry awaits the Main Event final table, which takes place from August 3 to August 5. While that high-stakes finale looms, one of the summer’s premier season-long sweeps has already wrapped up. 

The popular ODB $500 Fantasy Poker League, which runs alongside Daniel Negreanu’s 25K Fantasy League, has officially crowned its champions for the year.

This year, the ODB $500 Fantasy League drew a record-breaking field of 1,199 teams. The massive turnout generated a total prize pool of $599,500, allowing the top 100 finishers to secure a payout. 

The league also awarded a $2,500 consolation prize to the last-place finisher, which went to the team Degen Summer Campers 2 after they accumulated a meager 222 points.

At the top of the standings, the poker power couple of Kristen Foxen and Alex Foxen secured the championship title. Their team finished with a total of 1,897 points, earning the $100,000 top prize. The Foxens managed a fairly comfortable victory, clearing the second-place finisher by a margin of 39 points.

Alex Foxen directly assisted his team's winning run by amassing 441 individual points. That total ranked as the second-most points earned by any single player in the league, trailing only Japan’s Naoya Kihara, who led all players with 510 points. 

The Foxens also benefited from strong performances by Calvin Anderson, who ranked as the fourth-highest player overall with 385 points, and Martin Zamani, who sat in seventh place with 337 points.

A crucial element of the winning strategy came down to the Foxens' selection of Nick Palma as their designated Bonus Player. 

Palma, who had been vocal about being bypassed in the 25K Fantasy League draft, proved to be a highly valuable asset in the ODB league. 

He gathered 173 points across 16 cashes over the summer, finishing as the third-highest point earner among all available ODB Bonus Players.


Meanwhile, Main Event final table deejay Greg “FBT” Mueller remains a lingering storyline in the league context. Mueller was selected as a bonus player by four teams, representing a minor 0.32 percent ownership stake. 

Prior to his deep Main Event run, Mueller had only secured two small cashes that yielded a paltry two points. 

Only one of the teams that drafted him has a mathematical chance to cash, and that outcome requires Mueller to finish in fourth place or better at the final table. Because of these constraints, Mueller’s ultimate finish will not alter the top spots or impact the Foxens' victory.

The Foxens' triumph in the ODB $500 Fantasy League caps off a highly successful summer stretch, showcasing how strategic player selection and strong personal performances translate into major fantasy poker titles.
