The opening weekend of the GG World Festival reached a major milestone during the Season 2026 Episode 17 finale of the GGMillion$.

The event, which featured the largest tournament guarantee of the festival's start, concluded with Russian poker professional Artur Martirosian securing a record-extending 13th title in the format. Martirosian took home a first-place prize of $486,816 for his performance.

The virtual broadcast was led by host Jeff Gross and guest commentator Justin Young. Young, a high-stakes professional with over $6.8 million in live earnings, offered technical analysis as the final nine players competed for the title.

Gross noted that Martirosian entered the final as a heavy favorite with odds of 2.54, which he suggested might be the lowest ever recorded for a player in this specific field.

Final Table Highlights and Heads-up Play

The tournament reached its conclusion with a heads-up match between Martirosian and Hungarian player Tamas Adamszki.

Adamszki called and avoided nine outs on the river to bring his stack to 12.3 million against Martirosian's 15.2 million.
