Casino Niagara hosts one of Ontario's most consistent live tournament schedules, combining four seasonal C$1,200 Main Events with recurring weekly and monthly No Limit Texas Hold'em tournaments.
The 2026 Main Event calendar features Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall editions, giving Ontario players several opportunities to play a multi-day tournament without travelling outside the province.
Three Main Events have already been completed in 2026. The fourth and final edition, the Fall Main Event, runs from October 13 to 16 at Casino Niagara in Niagara Falls.

Casino Niagara scheduled four seasonal Main Events for 2026.
Each tournament has a C$1,200 total entry and uses the same multi-day No Limit Hold'em structure.

Next Casino Niagara Main Event: Fall 2026
The final Casino Niagara Main Event of 2026 begins Tuesday, October 13.
The tournament is scheduled across four possible days:

The first three Main Events of the year generated more than C$1.5 million in combined prize pools.

Brett Goodall Wins the Winter Main Event
The 2026 Casino Niagara season began with its largest Main Event field of the year so far.
The Winter Main Event attracted 678 entries and generated a C$690,543 prize pool.
Brett Goodall won the tournament for C$127,264. Frank-Graham Anderson finished runner-up for C$89,225, while Xuan Hai Vu earned C$57,536 for third place.
The result established a strong benchmark for the rest of Casino Niagara's 2026 seasonal schedule.
Renmei Liu Takes the Spring Main Event
The second seasonal tournament ran from May 19 to 21.
A total of 320 entries created a C$325,920 prize pool.
Renmei Liu claimed the title and C$70,807 first prize. Christopher Turnbull finished second for C$49,660, with Canadian tournament regular Senthuran Vijayaratnam taking third for C$31,940.
Peter Mott Wins the Summer Main Event
The Summer Main Event produced another sizeable Ontario field.
The C$1,200 tournament attracted 477 entries and generated C$485,825 in prize money.
Peter Mott took first place for C$96,196. Ethan Kinnaird earned C$67,360 as runner-up, while Mark Young finished third for C$43,287.
With three different champions from the first three seasonal events, the Fall Main Event will determine the fourth Casino Niagara Main Event winner of 2026.
Casino Niagara Main Event Satellites
Casino Niagara offers live single-table satellites into its seasonal Main Events.
Satellite play generally begins around 30 days before Flight A.
Step A Satellite
The first step has a C$70 total entry, consisting of:
- C$56 tournament fee
- C$14 administration fee
A maximum of 10 players compete, with first and second place each winning a seat into a Step B satellite.
Step B Satellite
The Step B satellite costs C$280 in total:
- C$240 tournament fee
- C$40 administration fee
Again, the table is capped at 10 players.
The top two finishers each receive a seat into the corresponding C$1,200 Main Event.
C$125 Satellite
Casino Niagara also lists a C$125 single-table satellite consisting of a C$120 tournament fee and C$5 administration fee. The winner receives a Main Event seat.
Players can also purchase direct Main Event entry through the Casino Niagara cashier for approximately 30 days before the relevant tournament.
Weekly Casino Niagara Poker Tournaments
The seasonal Main Events are not the only live poker tournaments available at Casino Niagara.
The poker room also runs recurring smaller events.
As of September 2026, Casino Niagara advertises a C$300 Wednesday No Limit Hold'em tournament.
The tournament begins at 12:30 p.m., with re-entries available until the end of the first break.
These tournaments provide a more accessible option for Ontario players who do not want to commit C$1,200 to a seasonal Main Event.

C$550 Monthly Sunday Tournament
Casino Niagara also runs a larger monthly Sunday tournament.
The currently published September edition takes place on September 27 at 12:30 p.m.

Casino Niagara Poker Room
The Main Events take place in the Casino Niagara poker room at 5705 Falls Avenue in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The room is located on Level 2 and currently has 18 poker tables.
Casino Niagara lists the poker room as open daily from noon until 3:45 a.m.
Players can also use the Bravo Poker Live app to check room information and reserve a spot.
